All watch band purchases include the appopriate adapter/connection for the chosen option.

  • Apple – sizes 38/40/41mm and 42/44/45mm adapter options – this size can be found on the back of the Apple Watch face. Apple Ultra 49MM – pick our Apple 49mm option.
  • Galaxy 20 mm option compatible with Samsung Galaxy Watch (42mm), Watch3 (41mm), Watch4, Watch4 Classic, Active, Active 2, and other 20mm band compatible Galaxy watches found here.
  • Galaxy 22 mm option compatible with Samsung Galaxy Watch (46mm), Watch3 (45mm), Gear S3 Frontier, Gear S3 Classic, Gear 2, Gear Live, others, and any other watches that can take a 22mm band.
  • Versa / Versa 2 / Versa 3 / Versa 4 / Sense / Sense 2 – pick the appropriate option from the size drop-down depending on your Fitbit model.

We also sell adapters/spring bar tools separately in the accessories section here for you to use your watch band with multiple watches/finishes.

Please note some Galaxy watches such as the Watch4 classic may require a 19.5mm connection due to the shape – in this rare case, you may need to file down the adapter with a file/dremel.

Our standard size S/M watch bands are best for small to medium wrists from approximately 5 to 7.5 inches. In most styles, we offer a M/L option that is best for medium to large wrists of approximately 6 to 8 inches.

Contact us if you want to get a M/L size added for a style not listed (or looking for a new, unlisted style in general!)



We typically ship within 1 business day from Texas by USPS which estimates 3-5 business days for First Class packages. Priority mail has an estimate of 2-3 business days. Priority mail express comes with a 1-2 busiess day guarantee from USPS. All shipping times are typical estimates. International shipments can take 2-4 weeks or longer depending on customs.

We currently offer free US shipping on all orders of $8 and above! Below this, we currently charge $3. International shipment costs are calculated automatically. Upgraded domestic shipments (priority mail and priority mail express) are calculated automatically with our discounted USPS shipping rates.


We currently accept Amazon Pay and AfterPay – you can use your regular credit/debit through those services with no extra fees. Please contact us to arrange payment by other methods.

All payment methods are secure – Amazon Pay is done completely through Amazon. We only receive your email address and the address provided for shipment. AfterPay allows you to pay in full as well. Unfortunately we don’t have another processor at this time, but our products are definitely worth the little extra effort!


Please contact us with the details and purchase our exchange listing for the easiest way to make an exchange. This covers shipping both ways – a return label will be sent to you by email, and we will send out your exchange as soon as we receive your item.

If your order hasn’t shipped, you can have it changed for no cost if we are contacted in time before shipment.

You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days for a full refund by sending it back to our address with your own shipping. You can request a return label by contacting us. In this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted out of the refund.

If you made a mistake in size or style, we also offer exchanges – just reach out for a quick response.

Fear not, most issues can be fixed very easily!

If the adapter or buckle has come off on a watch band, first try this! Put on one side of the adapter or the buckle and anchor it against something (such as your knee). Now use your fingernail to hold down the spring bar (silver piece that sticks out of the band when there is no adapter/buckle). You can get the other end of the buckle or adapter back on and release. The spring bar will extend and click back into place!

Have another issue? We always warranty our products within 30 days and usually can offer a solution after such time has passed as well. We love our return customers and try our best to resolve any defects and issues. Just reach out to us as we are eager to help.
